Bulgarini Gelato

Bulgarini Gelato opened shop this weekend in Altadena, and gelato was free all day. (Thanks to erin’s kitchen for the tip.) It was delicious.

The pistachio is made from imported nuts (from Italy, natch) that they toast and crush at the store. Chocolate is Valrhona.
